What is the Travel Trust Association?
The Travel Trust Association is a Trade Association composed of Travel Agents and Tour Operators. The Travel Trust Association is designed to regulate its members and provide financial protection to the consumers and recognised suppliers of TTA Members. -
Travelution is protected by ATOL – What is ATOL?
Travelution is licensed by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) so your holiday will be protected by ATOL.
ATOL is a financial protection scheme managed by the Civil Aviation Authority (“CAA”).
Travelution’s unique ATOL number is T7060, which can be checked on the ATOL website www.atol.org.ukIn the event of an ATOL holder’s failure, the ATOL Scheme ensures customers who booked and contracted with the ATOL holder for an air holiday package or a flight, do not lose the money paid over or are not stranded abroad

Will I receive a confirmation of my booking?
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking shortly after your booking is made. This confirmation will detail your travel information as well as pricing. -
What forms of payment are available?
You are able to pay for your booking using all major credit and debit cards. Other forms of payment maybe possible, speak to one of the Travelution team on 02 8015 2635 to discuss. -
Is there any surcharges applied when paying by card?
No, not with debit cards, however all credit cards hold a 2% surcharge, except for American Express which holds a 3% surcharge. -
When will I receive my travel documentation?
You will receive your travel documents 7-10 days prior to departure if not earlier. In some cases (usually when booking your trip within 2 weeks of departure) -
Why have my travel documents not arrived?
Cancellations depend on what you have booked and the cancellation charges and admin fees associated with that booking and the suppliers we have booked with. More often than not, there are cancellation charges on any travel booked, and some travel is non-refundable. Please call the consultant whom you made the booking with stating your booking reference to find out what cancellation charges may apply.

What if I would like to make a change to my booking?
Depending on the suppliers conditions, charges and admin fees on changes usually apply. If you would like to make a change please call the travel consultant whom you have made your booking with. -
Do I need a visa to travel?
Depending on which passport you hold, visas are required for many countries. It is your responsibility to hold the correct documentation before you travel. You can obtain information about visas and if you need one on the embassy website of the country you are travelling to. For UK passport holders please visit www.fco.gov.uk for current worldwide visa advice. -
Do I need a passport?
In most cases, yes. It is your responsibility to obtain the correct documentation for travel. -
Do I need to take any medication or vaccinations for my trip?
Depending on where you are going, you may need to take medication or vaccinations. Please seek the advice of your GP or a travel clinic. It is your responsibility to obtain the correct information on medication and vaccines. -
